 +Nonprofit organizations, schools and some government units are eligible to apply for a grant which “advances the creative economy of Texas” by making an investment in certain art activities. Professional fees are awarded in order for organizations to hire artists from the TCA Touring Roster to perform. The grants are awarded quarterly, with a minimum request requirement of $75 and a maximum of $8000.  Organizations may apply more than once but the cumulative total of awards may not exceed $212,000 in one fiscal year.
