 +If you are homeless and disabled, don’t think that you can’t apply to the Social Security Administration for disability benefits. You have the same rights as anyone else to do so. If you have no address you can use to receive your benefits you have several options. You can designate a trusted relative or friend as your representative payee — and this can also be a nonprofit organization or the managers of a homeless shelter or, of course, your bank account if you have one. Be sure to advise the SSA that your are homeless as part of your application
